Calphalon Grill Pan

This pan has been a real workhorse for our camp cooking.  It is heavy-duty (although some might say just plain heavy) and has consistently cooked our food evenly whether on our stove or on the fire grate.  The grill design keeps grease away from the food and it cleans up remarkably easily.  It even puts nice grill marks on your meat when cooking indoors!  I honestly think this pan is indestructable…and believe me, if anyone can destroy something while cooking, it is ME!  If you have never used a Calphalon pan consider ordering two – one for home and one for the camper.
