Weekly Photo Challenge: Infinite
I have visited the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore so many times as a child and adult that I have lost count. The view from the top of Pyramid Point never disappoints! This past summer I was so happy to be able to share the view with my husband for the first time. There are a lot of things I love about this photo, including how the water seamlessly blends to the sky. The color blue travels as far as the eye can see – INFINITE. It illustrates perfectly how the Great Lakes rival any of the best oceans in terms of spectacular blue waters and wonderful views. And better still – unsalted! If you have never visited we encourage you to do so!
And here is a little bit of infinite wisdom for the day:
“When the water meets the sky,
where your heart is free and hope comes back to life,
when these broken hands are whole again,
we’ll find what we’ve been waiting for,
we were made for so much more.
We can be the kings and queens of anything if we believe.
It’s written in the stars that shine above,
a world where you and I belong, where faith and love will keep us strong,
exactly who we are is just enough, exactly who we are is just enough,
there’s a place for us.”
Weekly Photo Challenge: Good Morning!
The folks at The Daily Post are at it again with a fun weekly photo challenge. This week the request was for photos that say “Good Morning!” Well here at crazy4camping, we believe any morning spent sipping coffee at the campground instead of coffee at work is a good morning. Here are some wonderful sunrises we have been blessed to see on our adventures.
Enjoy!

Weekly Photo Challenge: From Lines to Patterns
It has been a few weeks since I have posted the weekly photo challenge from The Daily Post. This week’s challenge seeks photos that show lines that form patterns, or a photo of a linear object where the arrangement of lines is almost more interesting than the object they depict. On our camping travels I have accumulated a few pictures that interest me in the way the elements of art are evident in the angle or arrangement that happens in nature or man-made objects. I hope you enjoy!
